Indotronix is seeking an :

Onsite Job: Principal Technical Editor / Writer 3

Work Location: San Diego, CA
Work Schedule: 9/80 (Mon-Fri)
Education: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience
Security Clearance: Current DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience OR a PhD with 1 year of related experience
• Current DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
• Experience developing and maintaining program plans and process documents, and experience working with SMEs to improve and clarify technical documentation
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency of both technical information and documentation layout
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint plus Adobe Acrobat
• Well-organized, detailed-oriented self-starter who enjoys challenges and works well in teams and independently
• Exceptional organizational skills to include the ability to multitask; must be focused on program's documentation requirements and deadlines
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management, as well as the customer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of contractual requirements [SOWs and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)] and Configuration Management processes
• Understanding of program Security Classification Guides (SCGs) to determine document portion markings
• Proposal experience, such as authoring Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and editing Technical Volumes
• Experience using Agile framework and Jira best practices
