Standard Job Description

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.

Basic Qualifications

• Clearance - An active Top Secret clearance is required before start date.
• MBSE - Proficient with Cameo System Modeler (SysML) across the full system lifecycle.
• CAD - Strong hands on experience wth CATIA V6/V6 and the 3DX Platform.
• Experience - 7-10 years of systems engineering experience on complex aerospace/defense programs, integrating various subsystems that make up a modern weapon system including but not limited to RF, IR, PNT, CNI, Stores/Weapon susbsytems.
• Education - Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Collaboration Tools - Proficient with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
