Modern Technology Solutions Incorporated (MTSI) is seeking a Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst. As a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing the Department's understanding of current and future threats. You will ensure that intelligence insights shape mission engineering, operational planning, R&D alignment, and senior-level decisions. Your work strengthens analysis underpinning investments, concepts, campaigns, and assessments vital to ensuring the joint force maintains advantage against rapidly evolving adversaries. This position is located in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The pay range for this position is $180,000/year to $210,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. This posting will be renewed periodically until the position is filled.

Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will provide intelligence analysis to support campaign analysis, modeling, and capability assessments.
- Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Serve as a senior All-Source intelligence SME, supporting assessments across air, land, maritime, cyber, space, ISR, and EW domains.
- Conduct analysis of adversary capabilities, intentions, doctrine, and emerging trends.
- Integrate multi-INT streams (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT) into coherent assessments.
- Provide threat characterization and red-force inputs to mission engineering, campaign modeling, wargaming, and capability evaluations.
- Develop analytic products informing senior DoD leaders on strategic, operational, and technical decision points.
- Support scenario development, background documentation, threat laydowns, order-of-battle (OOB) refinement, and analytic baselines.
- Assess foreign military modernization pathways, operational concepts, and technology adoption.
- Coordinate with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, military services, and intelligence agencies.
- Provide timely, classified-level decision support during rapid-turn analysis cycles.
- Brief senior partners on intelligence insights, threat trends, and analytic findings.
- Ensure analytic rigor, transparency, and defensibility across all outputs.
- Apply tradecraft standards aligned with DNI, DIA, and Service intelligence organizations.
Qualifications Required:
- 15+ years of All-Source intelligence experience supporting DoD, IC, Joint Staff, COCOMs, or Service-level analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise producing finished intelligence, operational-level assessments, and senior decision support.
- Significant experience integrating multi-INT sources into threat assessments or operational analysis.
- Experience supporting R&D programs, mission engineering, wargaming, technical analyses, or capability evaluations.
- Proven ability to collaborate across classified programs and high-tempo analytic environments.
- Strong briefing skills with experience delivering products to senior DoD or IC leadership.
- Experience supporting planning, campaign analysis, or advanced capability development (highly preferred).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (required)
- Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (preferred)
