Essential Duties of theInterdisciplinary Engineer:
- Provide civil engineering services in support of Coast Guard initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of professional studies, reports and analysis
- Provide technical reviews and review comments for project designs, including Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build efforts
- Provide technical responses for A/E and contractor requests for information and coordinates
Qualifications of theInterdisciplinary Engineer:
- 5+ years of work experience in the civil, electrical, mechanical, or structural engineering field and BA/BS degree in related field
- Experience in National Codes and Mechanical Engineering sub-disciplines is required
- Licensed Professional Engineer or other industry-standard professional license related to position highly desirable
- Strong experience in AutoCAD is required
- Candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust after starting
- Candidate must relocate to Juneau, AK
Compensation for theInterdisciplinary Engineer:
- $120,000 - $160,000+ (based on experience)
