Everforth ECS is seeking a talent ed Scrum Master to join our dynamic data team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Our team supports public facing websites across DHS, in support of the mission essential Web Content Management program. The Scrum Master will help lead and support stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management with cross-functional teams

Everforth ECS is seeking a talent ed Scrum Master to join our dynamic data team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The Scrum Master will help lead and support stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities :
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.).
- Owning and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable.
- Leading requirements gathering and analysis, change management, and continuous delivery.
- Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate that delivered functionality meets user needs.
- Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as needed.
- Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution.
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
Required Skills
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience serving as a functional lead across multiple Agile Teams.
- Strong Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Experience leading initiatives from concept/requirements through delivery and implementation.
- Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence platforms to support solutioning.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, product owner , CX members, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience; experience supporting DHS preferred.
- Experience leading IT modernization projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other industry-related certification.
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
- Experience supporting data governance projects and tools such as Collibra and OpenMetaData .
- Experience leading Agile development teams.
- Experience using SharePoint.
- Familiarity with financial analysis or budget tracking.
- Familiarity with MS Azure/AWS.
- Experience building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
