Your role and responsibilities
The Task Lead and Internal Project Manager is responsible for internal project management duties such as administrative support, knowledge management, project management support, graphic arts, action group support, and technical writing. The Task Lead will oversee small projects or discrete portions of larger programs with a business advisory focus, including budgets, procurement, technical writing, and supply chain management. Responsibilities include directing support resources, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle (scope, schedules, estimates, resources, status, meetings, tracking, quality reviews, vendor integration).This role involves driving cross-functional coordination and managing high-risk, high-visibility projects within complex environments, leveraging deep expertise in application operations to deliver strategic solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Project Leadership: Leading large-scale, multifaceted initiatives to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of client delivery.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Driving coordination across different functions to manage high-risk, high-visibility projects within complex environments.
• Solution Delivery: Delivering solutions that meet business strategy and operational needs, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

• Solution Development: Experience in delivering strategic solutions that meet business strategy and operational needs, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Technical Project Management: Experience in managing high-risk, high-visibility projects within complex environments, leveraging technical expertise to drive project success.
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI is required
