RMS Orlando is seeking a qualified Security Manager who will serve as the Facility Security Officer and report to the Senior Security Manager and Site Security Lead. The successful candidate will be able to solve complex problems using compliant but nuanced solutions. You will be able to energize a lead a team of security professionals and maintain responsibility for collateral security compliance across a diverse set of programs within the portfolio. Successful candidates will have experience in all facets of a large security program including but not limited to: CFR/AAE/UL compliance, working knowledge of resource protection principles including oversight of a uniformed response service provider, Basis of Estimate creation and International/Direct Commercial Sale contracts
This role will function as the Orlando Collateral Team lead, collateral security compliance lead, and FSO for the Orlando site. This role will report to the ACS/LMS Market Segment and Orlando Site Security Senior Manager. The role will oversee a team of security professionals in Orlando and support the Site Security Manager with management of the Guard Services Contract, local Crisis Management, Underwriters Laboratory Inspections and Arms Ammunition and Explosives Inspections.
The FSO will be responsible for maintaining compliance with the collateral security requirements including all inspections, self-inspections, and peer reviews. The FSO will also be responsible for producing all Basis of Estimates for Orlando proposals and will be the focal point for all collateral programs from inception to contract close out. The FSO will be responsible for providing the interface of the business with DCSA and other customers as required.
This role will be required to support site visits of varying levels and customer sets, competing priorities from demanding programs and management of a complex facility while working with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Experience working in a moderate to large facility (DCSA Category B and above) Experience managing complex customer driven requirements in the following disciplines DCSA/CFR DCSA AAE UL Experience overseeing a large contract guard force Experience overseeing and maintaining an annual budget Experience with program lifecycle requirements RFP's BOE's Baselining Lab/space standup Program execution Program closeout Understanding of Direct Commercial Sale principles vs. Foreign Military Sales
