Responsibilities include:

• Perform in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment, closely integrated with customers and contractors

• Planning and creating test cases and tracking progress utilizing modern test management tools

• Ensure consistency of requirements and traceability back to customer objectives

• Ensure consistency of feature acceptance criteria to meet customer objectives

• Developing Operations Rehearsal and Training materials

• Support the successful execution of program milestones

Standard Job Description

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban or other methodologies and/or understanding of Agile concepts

• Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, etc.

• Experience with test plan/procedure preparation and test execution

• Experience performing software and/or systems integration and testing

• Experience defining tests required to satisfy feature acceptance criteria

• Current Top Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills

• Experience with Integration testing, system testing, formal acceptance testing (FAT) and independent verification and validation as well as operational system checkout.

• Experience with satellite ground systems

• Experience with MBSE and tools such as Cameo

• Experience with LM's products applications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
