CMS Operations Lead

Job Description:

Overview:
DecisionPoint is seeking a CMS Operations Lead to manage and optimize our Content Management System (CMS) infrastructure. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our CMS platforms that support mission-critical operations for our Department of Defense (DoD) and other government clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CMS environments
• Implement and manage security controls, patches, and updates for CMS platforms
• Monitor system performance and availability, and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation
• Lead incident management and disaster recovery efforts
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CMS administration and operations
• Proven experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore)
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Clear communication and leadership skills

Clearance Requirements:
This position requires a current Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
