Standard Job Description

You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS subcontracts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams and overseeing procurement activities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex subcontracts.
  • Lead development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms.
  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
  • Negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, and administer awards.
  • Oversee change activity and maintain procurement delegation authority.

Basic Qualifications

Experience placing and managing fast paced subcontracts

Leading cross-functional program teams in supplier management process

Knowledge and experience with FAR / DFAR contracts

Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated communication skills

Demonstrated problem solving skills and presentation skills

Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions Self-motivated, ownership of tasks and accountable

Desired Skills

Ability to obtain DOD Secret Clearance

Supplier identification experience

Experience with firm fixed price and cost type contracts

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
