Job Description
Experience in radio-frequency systems. The role demands a highly qualified professional with 7-10 years of specialized experience who can lead complex test programs, develop comprehensive test strategies, and collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams. This position is ideal for an experienced test engineer who combines deep technical knowledge of RF systems with strong analytical capabilities and proven program management skills.
Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related scientific/engineering field.
•Experience in supporting test programs, timelines, and deliverables, and experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
•Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in RF/ test engineering
•Systematic troubleshooting of complex RF and digital system issues
•Ability to create comprehensive test strategies, test automation frameworks, procedures, documentation, scripting (Python, C++, etc.)
•Proficiency with spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes
