The Technical Recruiter will lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts for cleared critical facility technicians and engineering personnel supporting U.S. Government, DoD, OCONUS, and Intelligence Community programs. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, building automation specialists, facilities maintenance personnel, and other mission-critical roles requiring active clearances, both within the U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for candidates with TS/SCI clearances, including CI and Full-Scope Polygraphs, supporting government programs within and outside the continental United States (CONUS and OCONUS).
  • Build pipelines for critical facilities, construction trades, and engineering roles, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building controls, and facilities maintenance.
  • Partner with program managers and facilities operations leaders to align recruiting efforts with staffing needs, clearance requirements, and deployment timelines.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, military outreach, and direct engagement.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, evaluate compensation, and negotiate offers within contract and company guidelines.
  • Support high-volume hiring, rapid-deployment staffing, and incumbent capture efforts.
  • Follow applicable recruiting, equal employment opportunity, government-contract, and international deployment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and use recruiting data to improve sourcing, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience.

  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 25%, to job sites and other offices.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with program leadership, office staff, and field personnel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint.
  • Two or more years of technical recruiting experience supporting U.S. government programs and cleared candidates.
  • Experience recruiting critical facilities technicians or skilled trades professionals.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring, overseas deployments, or contingency operations.
  • Familiarity with government-contract recruiting and applicable OFCCP requirements.
  • Experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS.
  • Bachelor's degree.

What we offer:
  • A collaborative team inspired by the way engineering and innovation enhance customer outcomes, improve lives, and change the world for the better. We are driven by our core values of agility, expertise, and trust.
  • An opportunity to recruit and build a business with the support of an industry-leading firm that has been in business for 75 years.
  • Investment in your skills and expertise through a combination of professional and technical training programs, including certifications.
  • Open and transparent communication with senior leadership as well as local office management.

Abilities:
  • Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
