Job Description

Lyntris is a defense technology company that connects sensing to action across the connected battlespace. Lyntris brings together the talents of Accelint and Vitesse teams under one mission, with each contributing deep expertise within their domain. Combining differentiated hardware, software and mission expertise, Lyntris helps customers sense threats, make sense of complex conditions and act with greater speed, precision and confidence in contested environments.

Lyntris supports U.S. and allied defense organizations across every branch - including Navy, Army, Air Force, Space Force and allied partners - spanning strategic, operational and tactical missions and every domain: Space, Air, Land, Sea and Cyber. With more than 200 active defense programs, Lyntris works at every level of the mission, from national command authority to the tactical edge.

Solutions are designed by operators who understand the mission, engineered for the conditions that degrade or defeat standard systems, and built on an open, modular architecture that integrates into existing programs without requiring them to start over. Lyntris moves faster than the traditional defense cycle - with integrated design, build and test capabilities in-house - and delivers systems that sustain and endure long after initial fielding.

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for technical and specialized roles across Lyntris. This role manages a high volume of concurrent requisitions and partners closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and to identify and assess qualified candidates.

The Technical Recruiter is expected to independently manage competing priorities, maintain momentum across multiple searches, and adjust recruiting strategies as business needs change. Success in this role requires strong technical recruiting experience, the ability to source passive talent, and the organization and judgment to consistently deliver results in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of concurrent technical and specialized positions from intake through offer and acceptance.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions based on business needs, urgency, role complexity, and hiring timelines.

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing techniques and strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates, particularly for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Build and maintain multiple talent pipelines while balancing immediate hiring needs with longer-term, passive pipeline development.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, technical requirements, motivation, and overall fit. Provides clear and objective candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Proactively communicate and report on search progress, pipeline health, challenges, and recommended adjustments to hiring managers and stakeholders. Maintains accurate candidate records, pipeline activity, recruiting metrics, and documentation in the ATS.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and sourcing challenges.
  • Maintain consistent recruiting activity and momentum across assigned searches, identifying and addressing delays or obstacles before they impact hiring timelines.
  • Manage changing priorities, evolving role requirements, and competing stakeholder needs while maintaining focus on hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop and present offers and support negotiations through acceptance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Lyntris, its mission, technology, and opportunities in order to effectively represent the company to candidates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
