Job Description
Position Responsibilities
Perform advanced cyber response monitoring, triage, and investigation.
• Conduct malware and forensic analysis of media, packet captures, and network logs.
• Analyze enterprise telemetry to determine incident history, scope, and potential future impact.
• Coordinate response actions and communicate investigative findings to varied audiences.
Required Qualifications
Required Education / Experience Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics plus five (5) years of specialized experience; or an Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or a major certification plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or eleven (11) years of specialized experience.
Required Specialized Certification At least one of the following: Cisco CyberOps Professional; GCIA; GCIH; GCFE; GNFA; GREM; Blue Team Level 2; Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert; OSDA.
Required Specialized Experience Experience monitoring intrusion detection and security information management systems; triaging events; performing malware or forensic analysis on hard drives, solid-state drives, other media, PCAP, and network logs; analyzing logs/packet captures; coordinating incident response; understanding hacker TTPs and exploits; and articulating investigative findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
