For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.

- Accountable for all project management artifacts, for a select number of projects, including but not limited to project plans, scoping documents, weekly status updates and the weekly team meeting agenda
- Drive process improvements and technology solutions that enhance team productivity and effectiveness
- Review possible improvement actions to enhance team performance, and ensure quality and consistency of team execution against targeted project initiatives
- Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and resistance and recommend solutions
- Oversee the development and execution of projects from original concept through implementation and final conclusion.
- Prepare and refine detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Provides planning, program/project management, development, requirements management services and acquisition support, integration and engineering services, systems security, information assurance engineering services, and services in portfolio management and process improvement.
- Manages the software development lifecycle including requirements collection, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Responsible for daily customer/stakeholder engagement. Provides regular leadership and executive level briefings, manages contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Manages a team of developers, both prime and subcontractors in remote locations to ensure deliverables are met on time or ahead of schedule.
- Manages lifecycle processes, contracts, budgets, resources, with CIO and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Provides documented assessment, updates, guidance, and recommendations regarding data governance, roadmaps, processes, and data standards through proactive discovery, recurring ESITA engagement, and evaluation of current and future initiatives and capabilities
- Assists mission stakeholders with planning for future data needs. in the preparation of reports to leadership on progress with data efforts, with outreach efforts to industry, academic, and other government entities.
- TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience
- Education: Master's degree in a related field OR Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience
