The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61,700 to $110,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Work You'll Do
As a Project - Consultant, Finance Managed Services on the Finance Managed Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Support financial audit remediation, operational accounting, reporting, and process improvement activities for defense-focused organizations
- Review accounting processes, reconciliations, and internal controls to identify gaps, support remediation, and help sustain audit readiness
- Conduct transaction-level testing and analysis of operational accounting data to identify issues and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare project deliverables, work products, status materials, and documentation to support program execution
- Provide on-site support, collaborate with stakeholders, and track actions needed to meet program priorities and deliverables

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience supporting financial audit remediation, operational accounting, financial reporting, or process improvement activities
- 2+ years of experience reviewing accounting processes, reconciliations, internal controls, or supporting remediation activities
- 2+ years of experience conducting transaction-level testing, data analysis, or operational accounting reviews
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to work onsite in St. Louis, MO 100% of the time
