Job Description

Job Summary

The DevSecOps Engineer designs, builds, and maintains secure CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks while integrating cybersecurity controls throughout the software development lifecycle.



Responsibilities

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Integrate security testing into development workflows.
Support containerized and cloud-native environments.
Automate deployment and configuration management processes.
Monitor system performance and security posture.
Support continuous compliance initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities

Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management tools.
Proficiency in scripting and automation.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.


Desired Skills/Experience

Cloud platform certifications.
Experience with security automation.
Knowledge of PAM and IAM integrations.
Experience in regulated environments.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of DevSecOps or cloud engineering experience.


Job Stipulations

Availability for production deployment support as needed.


Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.


Recommended Clearance Language

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance.
Must comply with all customer background investigation requirements.
