Fully Remote Identity Management (ICAM)/OIM Engineer

Are you an experienced and talented ICAM/OIM Engineer who’s looking for a remote opportunity on an exciting Federal contract? We are assisting a key client in filling the role of ICAM/OIM Engineer with a start date of October 1st. This ICAM/OIM Engineer will:

• Engineer, administer, and maintain enterprise ICAM solutions supporting agency operations.
• Support identity lifecycle management, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance processes.
• Provide technical support, guidance and hands-on delivery working in conjunction with agency application teams to plan, implement and integrate ICAM requirements into current or future systems and applications.
• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot identity-related incidents, issues and access problems.
• Ensure that application and system hardware, software systems, operating systems and all related procedures adhere to ICAM requirements.
• Document specifications, project plans, configurations, test plans and results.
• Communicate complex ideas, known issues, and design to varied audiences.
• Keep project teams apprised of project objectives and status.

Successful candidates will have:

• At least fifteen (15) years of overall experience, with at least five (5) years of engineering experience, and at least five (5) years’ experience in IDAM/ICAM implementation and integrations
• Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), or other federal government customers
• Experience supporting Zero Trust efforts
• Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
• Experience supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions within large enterprises
• A DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification, such as Security+ CE, etc.
• Relevant certification(s) from nationally recognized technical authorities
• A Master’s Degree in a technical discipline
• Possess an active Secret or higher clearance

Compensation commensurate with experience; salaries quoted are with full benefits. 1099s without benefits will have higher hourly rates.
