White Pine Innovations is seeking a Part-Time Security Cooperation (SC) Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU): Contractor shall provide qualified support to the research-based mission and training programs. The core focus of this support shall be research, analysis, and teaching. Significant experience with and knowledge of the US government Security Cooperation program is highly preferred.

White Pine Innovations is seeking a Part-Time Security Cooperation (SC) Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU): Contractor shall provide qualified support to the research-based mission and training programs. Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct research and providing analytical support to DSCU faculty and staff.
- Lead and establish priorities for the vetting of content, product development, reviews, dissemination strategy, and coordination of stakeholders.
- Serve as an instructor for DSCU programs, delivering graduate ‑ level instruction focused on Security Cooperation (SC) strategy, policy, and planning.
- Develop, deliver, and assess instructional content for DSCU courses in accordance with DSCU academic standards and approved curricula.
- Instruct U.S. and international military, civilian, and interagency students on the application of SC tools, frameworks, and policies.
- Prepare and periodically update course materials to ensure alignment with current DoD, DSCA, and DSCU guidance.
- Engage with DSCU stakeholders to incorporate case studies, lessons learned, and contemporary issues into instructional content.
- Maintain subject matter expertise through continued research, professional development, and collaboration within the SC enterprise.
- Coordinate instructional content and updates with DSCU academic leadership and program staff to ensure consistency and compliance with accreditation requirements.
Basic Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related SC field.
- 10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience in or supporting the US government.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a favorable suitability adjudication, based on a Tier 3 background investigation.
- Builds relationships with subject matter experts and practitioners to refine materials and ensure accuracy, usability, and relevance to the SC workforce.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to synchronize research and training priorities with government supervisors, functional leads, senior leadership, and partner organizations.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and AI proficiency.
Desired Qualifications:
- Substantial graduate ‑ level teaching experience within the Security Cooperation environment and requisite knowledge of management operations and stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Security Cooperation policies and regulations.
- Extensive experience supporting DSCU, DSCA, or comparable defense security cooperation training, research, education, and institutional capacity-building
- Faculty experience
