Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager to lead the PAC-3 Evolutionary Development and Transition-to-Production (T2P) program in Arlington, TX. Reporting to the PAC-3 Program Quality Sr. Manager, the incumbent will provide strategic managerial oversight for program-wide quality processes, data analytics, talent development, training, and knowledge continuity across Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD) product lines.

- Standardize processes and mitigate risk through design-for-manufacturability practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and manage schedule, staffing, and budget constraints to meet critical milestones.

Basic Qualifications
- US Citizen and current interim Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Leadership experience directing quality, manufacturing, and continuous-improvement initiatives in a production environment, with documented outcomes such as defect-reduction, cost-saving, or schedule-adherence metrics
- Demonstrated experience applying quality-system principles and driving measurable process improvements in a manufacturing setting
- Proven experience establishing and maintaining positive supplier and customer interfaces to facilitate collaborative problem-solving and sustain quality performance
Desired Skills
- Strong presence and written/oral communication abilities, with a track record of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Skilled in planning, leading, and supporting scheduled program reviews (e.g., First Article Inspection, Production Readiness Review, Product Line Validation, Program Management Review)
- Extensive knowledge of MFC systems, product lines, manufacturing sites, and supplier operations
- Strong presence and communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex technical issues and solutions to senior leadership
- Hands-on experience establishing or maturing a quality-management system for a production-line startup, from concept through execution
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making sound decisions with incomplete data
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of cross-functional MFC teams, including leading projects
- Familiarity with SAP/APRISO and the DD250 process
- Experience working with U.S. Government customers and the Defense Contract Management Agency

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
