Standard Job Description
This MSTM reports to a First Line Leader (FLL) in Delivery Operations within ADP Production Operations located at Lockheed Martin Plant 10 in Palmdale, CA. The MSTM supports the FLL and Technicians with coordinating and securing resources needed to meet daily commitments associated with aerospace vehicle production efforts that include build activities, system checkouts, maintenance, servicing, ground handling, and sortie generation (Ground & Flight Operations).
Specific responsibilities include:
Supporting safe, disciplined, and compliant Production and Flightline Operations to maintain timely, responsive, and exceptional capabilities to deliver FOD and defect-free products to customers.
Adhering to, and instilling Lockheed Martin's Core Values of: Doing What's Right, Respecting Others, and Performing with Excellence, and fostering OneLM Cultural behaviors of: Collaborate to Win, Accelerate Change, and Hear and Be Heard.
Building and maintaining professional working relationships with teammates across the program including Production Operations, Customer, Program Management, Flight Test, ESH, Manufacturing Test Engineering (MTE), Tool Design, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Production Planning & Control (PP&C), Plant Engineering, Transportation, Industrial Engineering (IE), Global Supply Chain (GSC), Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS), Mission, Business & Compliance (MB&C), and others.
Participating in the overarching Constraint Resolution, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement framework.
Supporting tool and equipment calibration and availability, Chemical Control, Tool Control, Consumable Control, FOD Prevention, Housekeeping, and Lost Tool/Item (LTI) activities, processes and functions.
Participating in Safety Walks and supporting hazard mitigation and elimination efforts, participating in the A3 Problem Solving initiatives as a member of the Performance Management Team (PMT), and supporting 6S activities.
Basic Qualifications
Aerospace manufacturing, production and/or flightline operations experience.
Constraint Resolution and Continuous Improvement experience.
A3 Problem Solving experience
Experience fulfilling responsibilities within a 6S Program
Experience fulfilling responsibilities within a FOD Prevention Program
Desired Skills
Experience in Technician, Mechanic, Coatings, Electrician, and/or Quality roles on an aerospace vehicle build team
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
A3 Problem Solving training and/or certification
6S training and/or certification
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
