Duties and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, or in a related field such as Computer Information Systems, Engineering, and/or physical/hard sciences (e.g., physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy).
Four years of related office experience.
Performed work at previous grade for at least six months.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPlatform.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collect data and prepare analytical reports.
Motivated critical thinker and problem solver who is enthusiastic about data and believes that answers to hard questions lie in the yet-to-be-told story of diverse, complicated data sets.
Ability to tackle challenging, real-world problems leveraging big data, high-performance computing, machine learning, and a breadth of other methodologies.
Ability to manage other tasks authorized by Government Task Manager that fall within the scope of this task order.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and manages PowerPlatform tools.
- Translates applications requirements into web-based solutions using available technology.
- Applies new and emerging technologies to existing tools and processes.
- Implements computer systems and tools in a phased approach of requirements analysis through testing, using Internet/intranet technology.
- Performs requirements analysis for a wide range of users.
- Performs configuration management, software integration, and interpretation of software test results, as well as recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.
- Utilizes machine-learned predictive modeling.
- Constructs usable data sets and tools from multiple sources to meet customer needs.
- Identifies and analyzes anomalous data (including metadata).
- Develops conceptual designs and models to address mission requirements.
- Develops qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing datasets in various states.
- Performs analytic modeling, scripting, and/or programming.
- Works collaboratively and iteratively throughout the program data lifecycle.
- Designs and develops analytics and techniques for analysis.
- Evaluates, documents, and communicates research processes, analyses, and results to customers, peers, and leadership.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
