Warehouse Manager - Records Operations (6115)

OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Warehouse Manager in St. Louis, MO.

Overview: We are hiring a Site Manager to run day-to-day operations at a large records-warehouse site. You will lead supervisors and production staff, protect quality and customer service, and keep the site staffed, scheduled, and on standard. This is a hands-on operations role, not a desk-only job.

• Direct daily production and supervise Project Supervisors and the Quality Lead
• Keep the customer satisfied and respond quickly to changes in work priorities
• Collect, compile, and analyze site activity data and production reports
• Lead site HR support: interviewing, onboarding, and day-to-day workforce issues
• Work directly with on-site customer points of contact and keep the Project Manager and site staff aligned
• Address poor performance and conduct issues and fix problems at the site level
• Build plans and schedules, oversee quality control, and verify corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with quality staff on defects and keep day and night shifts working to the same standard

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of management experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build working relationships with employees and customer site contacts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift and cover at least two shifts, including nights at times, with start times that change during the week
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods in a warehouse setting
• Experience supervising 50+ employees
