Teledyne IT Shared Services is seeking an experienced Senior Identity Engineer (Cloud & Microsoft 365) to help design, secure, and support enterprise identity and collaboration platforms used across our global organization.
This role is ideal for someone with deep experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity governance, and authentication technologies in a complex enterprise environment. You will play a key role in modernizing identity services, supporting security initiatives, and driving cloud transformation projects across the business.

Teledyne IT Shared Services is seeking an experienced Senior Identity Engineer (Cloud & Microsoft 365) to help design, secure, and support enterprise identity and collaboration platforms used across our global organization.
This role is ideal for someone with deep experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity governance, and authentication technologies in a complex enterprise environment. You will play a key role in modernizing identity services, supporting security initiatives, and driving cloud transformation projects across the business.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid Active Directory environments
- Design and manage identity and access management solutions, including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and federation technologies
- Support and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Implement identity governance, authentication, and security controls aligned with Zero Trust principles
- Develop PowerShell and Python automation to improve operational efficiency and security compliance
- Support identity-related projects including tenant migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, and cloud transformations
- Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain secure, scalable enterprise identity services
- Contribute to enterprise PKI, certificate management, and compliance initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Required
- 5+ years of experience in identity management, Microsoft cloud technologies, Microsoft 365 administration, or enterprise infrastructure engineering
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid Active Directory environments
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, federation technologies (SAML, LDAP, ADFS), and identity governance
- Proficiency with PowerShell and/or Python automation
- Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, identity management, and Zero Trust architecture
Preferred
- Experience with Intune, Windows Hello for Business, or endpoint identity management
- Experience with PKI, certificate lifecycle management, Venafi, CyberArk, or related security platforms
- Experience supporting tenant migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and automation
- Experience supporting regulated environments (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR, GCC High)
- Relevant Microsoft, Azure, security, or IAM certifications
