Overview:
The Program Analyst – Journeyman will provide administrative and program support for recurring workforce and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review travel requests and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Research and resolve routine timekeeping issues and prepare reports for managers and designated timekeepers.
- Prepare and process new-hire in-processing documentation and coordinate first-week onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, trackers, databases, and status reports.
- Coordinate with Government personnel and internal stakeholders to ensure administrative requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required in this field.
- Strong organizational, written communication, and customer-service skills.
- Secret clearance required.
