Job Description

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow Org Change Manager to support KABS and our government customer in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid, requires 1 day onsite. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow Org Change Manager to support the Digital Workplace workforce by planning and executing adoption, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities for ServiceNow products and process changes. Work will be performed at the client's facility or customer approved remote locations during Eastern Time core business hours.

The ServiceNow Org Change Manager will lead organizational change management activities that help users, service teams, leaders, and stakeholders adopt ServiceNow capabilities successfully.

Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Develop change strategies, stakeholder analyses, communications plans, training approaches, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.
  • Translate technical and process changes into clear messages, user impacts, role expectations, and operational transition guidance.
  • Coordinate with product owners, process owners, Scrum Masters, training teams, service owners, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Support rollout planning, release communications, office hours, user feedback loops, adoption metrics, and resistance management.
  • Create user-facing materials such as FAQs, quick reference guides, process summaries, training outlines, and leadership briefings.
  • Measure adoption, readiness, communications effectiveness, and user feedback to recommend continuous improvements.


Education and Experience:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, or technology adoption.
  • Experience supporting enterprise platform, workflow, ITSM, or digital transformation initiatives.


Desired:
  • Prosci, CCMP, ITIL, Agile, ServiceNow, or comparable change management credential.
  • Experience supporting federal organizational change, training, or digital adoption efforts.


Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training planning, readiness assessment, and adoption measurement skills.
  • Ability to convert ServiceNow platform and process changes into clear user guidance and leadership-ready messaging.
  • Experience managing change impacts across roles, processes, teams, and operational procedures.
  • Strong writing, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.


Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience with ServiceNow adoption, ITSM process change, knowledge management, and service desk transformation.
  • Familiarity with survey tools, analytics, training platforms, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Jira, or Confluence.
