Job Description

The Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist (ERPS) serves as the Operations and Maintenance Contractor's Maximo subject matter expert and primary point of contact for matters involving Enterprise Resource Planning and computerized maintenance management activities. The ERPS manages maintenance and repair portfolios across multiple facilities, ensures asset data integrity, supports Maximo users, and coordinates with DOS leadership to optimize maintenance business practices and preventive maintenance programs
  • Use and administer Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Maximo in support of facilities operations and maintenance.
  • Manage a large preventive maintenance and repair portfolio for multi-site, multi-building facilities.
  • Serve as the primary Maximo subject matter expert and liaison with DOS leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Gather maintenance information and coordinate development of O&M business practices.
  • Provide Maximo user support, troubleshooting, and training assistance.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of asset data and maintenance records.
  • Create new asset records in Maximo following commissioning and turnover activities.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, PM templates, routes, and workflows aligned with warranty and equipment manufacturer recommendations.
  • Balance PM workloads and support continuous improvement of maintenance planning and resource utilization.


Working Conditions:
• Work in technical, office, and field facility environments.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work at computer stations and within mechanical/electrical rooms.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Top Secret Clearance required.
• Maximo Training Certificate and annual continuing education certificates
