Everforth ECS is seeking an Executive-level Office Manager/Coordinator/Administrator to work at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC.
- Provide integrated operational, coordination, and administrative support across multiple efforts within a technical mission area.
- Synchronize leadership activities, manage calendars and events, coordinate meetings, technical reviews, and deliverables, and track decisions/actions across the Director, Technical Director, and Program Managers roles.
- Serve as a central integration point to ensure alignment, communication, and execution across the portfolio.
- Provide direct support to the Government leadership team plus Government and contractor staff for military service(s) within the Department of Defense.
- Coordinate with / provides direct support to the Program/Deputy Program Managers in the daily execution of their responsibilities including briefing support and decision materials.
- All duties are conducted at the customer site in a classified facility. Periodically travels to support program reviews / demonstrations.
Salary: $100,000-150,000
Required Skills
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required and PR/CE.
- Must be US Citizen
- Demonstrated experience must include at least three (3) years providing Program operations/Executive Assistant support to senior, executive-level personnel plus other supporting staff, within technical environments.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, experience or education in analyzing data sets of numbers, and writing clear and concise reports/presentations.
- Ability to establish, maintain, and partner with various military, intelligence communities (IC), and other partners to address program requirements.
- Ability to manage, coordinate, schedule, and oversee office staff and program actions on behalf of program and deputy program managers.
- Interact / coordinate with various external agencies, military services, and operational commands to schedule program updates, demonstrations, and technology transfer.
- Prepare, staff and track MOUs, MOAs, Acquisition Plans, and various reports.
- Experience working with classified programs in secure workspaces.
- Strong organizational and communications skills, and ability to architect documents within proscribed formats/templates.
- Demonstrated experience includes at least ten (10) years providing Executive Assistant support to senior, executive-level personnel plus other supporting staff.
- Expertise processing actions and documentation related to NISPOM, ICDS, DoD 5205 series of manuals, Executive Orders, DoD Instructions, and operational security (OPSEC).
- Experience supporting R&D programs; ability to support requirement developments, SOW preparation, source selection evaluation, and other acquisition program management responsibilities.
- Develop/formalize intelligence requirements associated with program objectives; review/summarize existing intelligence and analytical products; and coordinate with IC to ensure accurate representation of test networks and systems used for program technology evaluation.
