The Double Eagle Program is looking for a Program Administrator to support Senior Managers,
Managers, Associate Managers and Individual
Contributors as our team executes a critical
mission in support of our customers. You must be a self-starter and able to work independently to perform a myriad of administrative duties. In this dynamic role you will:
• Act as the focal point for program
administrative functions
• Arrange meetings and conferences
• Manage conference rooms
• Protect classified and proprietary information within
program guidelines
• Maintain status logs, spreadsheets and personnel databases
• Answer questions relating to office operations and
established policies and procedures
• Facilitate in/out processing of new team members
• Maintain visit requests for permanent site visitors
• Receiving, referring and answering mail
• Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures
• Lead coordination of our employee engagement events
• Communicate with various levels of LM personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies
• Domestic and international travel support
Standard Job Description:
Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in an administrative role
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft suite of tools
(PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc...)
• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple
customers and sites
• Excellent organizational skills
Desired Skills
• Basic knowledge of SAP Concur
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously and quickly adjusting to changing priorities
• Event planning and coordination
• Resourceful professional with an array of
transferable skills in program-level support, client
coordination, and workflow organization
• Experienced in communication with senior
stakeholders / customers / VIP visitors
• Demonstration of exceptional
relationship building and problem-solving skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67900.00 - $126100.00
