MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Subcontracts Expeditor to join our team in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day status of open subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of performance, and verify that all transactions meet established SOPs and legal requirements.
- Monitor supply chain risks and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for organizational operations.
- Drafts and maintains subcontract expediting documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific.
- Prepare procurement artifacts for senior review and monitor the status of ongoing actions at regional mission-support sites.
- Assist in identifying procurement gaps and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness and mission-essential functions.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical subcontract documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
- NCMA certification or a related field.
- Experience using automated procurement management systems (e.g., GFEBS or WAWF).
Clearance Requirement:
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
