Everforth ECS is seeking a Part-Time Vessel Support Assistant (VSA) to work remotely.
Specifically, this role will provide VSA support outside of normal working hours; afterhours and during the weekends.
Primary duties include:
Salary Range: $40 - $45/hr.

Everforth ECS is seeking a Part-Time Vessel Support Assistant (VSA) to work remotely.
Specifically, this role will provide VSA support outside of normal working hours; afterhours and during the weekends.
Primary duties include:
- Provide emergent support to oversee, conduct QA/QC, and manage Marine Operations' professional mariner time and attendance.
- Address, track, and assist in resolving leave and pay issues for professional mariners.
- Develop, submit, and track personnel actions for temporary promotions, changes to lower grade, changes to intermittent status, changes to full-time status, and employee separations.
- Coordinate and manage professional mariner and NOAA Corps Officer travel authorizations, reservations, and vouchers.
- Address, track, and assist in resolving travel issues (e.g., last-minute travel requests, outstanding vouchers, employees stuck in invitational status).
Salary Range: $40 - $45/hr.
Required Skills
- Must have an Associate's degree.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience.
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Friendly with the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Familiarity with the NOAA organization and processes.
