Job Description
Piper Companies is seeking a SAP EWM Data Functional Analyst to support a large-scale SAP transformation initiative within a leading enterprise organization based in Greensboro, NC. The SAP EWM Data Functional Analyst role is ideal for a data-focused SAP professional with expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), data migration, data quality, and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes.
Responsibilities of the SAP EWM Data Functional Analyst:
· Support end-to-end data migration activities for SAP EWM implementations and enhancements.
· Analyze, map, cleanse, and validate data to ensure successful migration into SAP environments.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data requirements and migration strategies.
· Perform data quality assessments and develop remediation plans to address inconsistencies and gaps.
· Support BOM data analysis, validation, and reconciliation activities across warehouse and supply chain processes.
· Develop functional specifications, data mapping documents, and testing artifacts.
· Participate in system testing, mock conversions, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities.
Qualifications of the SAP EWM Data Functional Analyst:
· 5+ years of experience working with SAP, including hands-on experience supporting SAP EWM environments.
· Strong experience with data migration, data validation, and data quality initiatives.
· Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM), warehouse management, inventory, and supply chain processes.
· Experience performing data mapping, reconciliation, and transformation activities for SAP projects.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with business, functional, and technical teams.
· Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
· Ability to travel up to 50% to client site
Compensation for the SAP EWM Data Functional Analyst includes:
· Salary range: $155,000 - $170,000 depending on experience
· Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
· Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance
