Project Support Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to support a federal healthcare technology program focused on enhancing and maintaining a large-scale healthcare marketplace platform that supports claims processing and related services. This position is Remote and aligned to EST business hours. The Project Delivery Specialist will ensure smooth project execution by managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and supporting teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities for the Project Delivery Specialist include:

• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, milestones, and task assignments to support on-time delivery.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, documentation, and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online.
• Monitor workstream progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Support project leadership through status reporting, meeting facilitation, action item tracking, and documentation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications for the Project Delivery Specialist include:

• 5+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, or project delivery support
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint Online (SPO), and Microsoft Project
• Experience supporting Agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies
• Strong organizational, scheduling, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust (CMS T4)

Compensation for the Project Delivery Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as required by law
