Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interpret requirements, specifications, and diagrams for testing, and create or adjust test configurations accordingly.
- Configure test connections to include channels and routes between System and Partner interfaces in support of Integration and Interoperability Testing.
- Provide technical assistance to include validation of electronic transactions (Electronic Commerce / Electronic Data Interchange) and test configurations prior to implementation.
- Provide connection testing and troubleshooting, file validation, track missing files, and test support.
- Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct configuration, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness.
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails to solve problems and educate users; maintain a high level of professionalism and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Support test and evaluation events to include test planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required and 2+ years of professional experience OR an Associate's Degree
- This position requires an Active or Interim Secret security clearance on hire date or the ability to obtain one
- Skills to write test procedures and review test data to ensure that hardware is tested properly and has passed all required tests.
- General understanding of manual and automated test execution processes.
- Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to write and present complex issues in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, internal/external customers, and end-users.
- Proficiency using MS Office 365 suite.
- Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization or be able to obtain specified certification within 6 months of start date

- SCRUM, Network+, Sec+ or SAFe certifications

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $52,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
