Basic Qualifications
Prior experience leading cross functional team to include responsibility for quality, technical, schedule and cost performance.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skill, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets.
Demonstrated high integrity and professionalism
Must have an active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
Prior Program Management experience
Proven program or project leadership
Ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders

Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

As the Program Management Associate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the production ramp-rate and stand-alone depot stand-up activities, ensuring seamless integration across LM sites and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate internal and external inspections, testing, and tooling sell-off.
- Manage ramp-rate risk, opportunity creation, and mitigation.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and clear communications with senior leadership.
- Support Air Dominance RIO program manager and related integration efforts.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet schedule and quality targets.
