Standard Job Description
Researches and develops new and improved manufacturing processes focused on chemicals. Determines most effective arrangement of operations such as painting, coating, bonding, sealing and corrosion mitigation. Responsible for tools, training and work instruction development of these processes. This will include the optimization of current and new chemical processes and the equipment needed for such processes. Works under the direction of a more senior engineer in a team environment.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance, therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Knowledge of chemical reactions.
