Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management.
OR
I have successfully completed 3 full years (54 hours) of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management; or, graduate education that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.

- You will provide professional multimedia presentation and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support which includes installation, maintenance and configuration management of conference rooms, auditoriums, and operations center.
- You will assist in the review and planning of A/V and VTC systems engineering and planning studies for all current and future A/V and VTC systems.
- You will participate in weekly and ad-hoc meetings to foster collaboration to identify and help resolve enterprise issues within the Navy.
- You will provide customer support and user training in using AV and VTC systems.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve AV and VTC system issues.
