Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
We are looking for a Mission Management Systems Engineer to troubleshoot RESTful integrations, resolve complex PKI/authorization access issues, and provide dedicated technical support and training to enterprise customers.
Summary:
• Support customer integration with enterprise attribute and authorization services.
• Troubleshoot RESTful web services and resolve access permissions issues.
• Manage support tickets using JIRA and Redmine, execute database queries using SQL, and work with PKI.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and guides on Confluence.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Total Compensation: $239k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Aid development teams in understanding how to integrate and resolve issues with RESTful web services.
• Provide support to end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues where accesses are being granted or denied incorrectly.
• Manage, track, and document support requests using JIRA and Redmine across email, chat, and phone channels.
• Query databases with SQL to investigate access records, user attributes, and system logs.
• Support identity and access management workflows leveraging Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Create, maintain, and update integration and technical documentation within Confluence.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment while working with minimal supervision to solve complex technical issues.
