Standard Job Description

As the Manufacturing Support Team Member Stf, you will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing/productions aspects of all AGM-158 flight test, warranty, and development misslies.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to ensure parts, engineering, and quality support schedule
• Lead daily briefing and status with reviews with program and leadership
• Develop risk assesments and mitigation plans to ensure production is on track

Basic Qualifications

• Completed bachelors degree or equivilant work experience
• Must have ability to obtain a secret clearance
• Prior experience in production/manufacturing environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in leading and working effectively with manufacturing teams in the planning and execution of identified solutions to technical problems

Desired Skills

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience with missile systems and sub-systems
• Working knowledge of Apriso/S4/MBOMs

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
