You will be a Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Global Services for the F-35 Sustainment Program Management Office which is responsible for driving service-driven supply and maintenance improvements across the enterprise.

As the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Global Services you will be responsible for leading the execution of Global Services elements, shaping enterprise-wide maintenance strategies, and stewarding a high-impact portfolio.

You will be a Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Global Services for the F-35 Sustainment Program Management Office which is responsible for driving service-driven supply and maintenance improvements across the enterprise.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Global Services you will be responsible for leading the execution of Global Services elements, shaping enterprise-wide maintenance strategies, and stewarding a high-impact portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain valued customer relationships while delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments.
- Lead enterprise integration and delivery across the customer, Lockheed Martin business areas, F-35 PMOs, LM Aero functions, and the supply base.
- Guide a team of Control Account Managers and Project Managers through strategy, capture, negotiation, baselining, execution, and closeout of contract scope.
- Identify and implement maintenance improvement initiatives that elevate enterprise performance and drive cost efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
- Sustainment experience
- Demonstrated PM experience, managing large value and complex programs
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise solutions, inclusive of multiple business entities, suppliers, customers, and large functional teams
- Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving
- Experience communicating with senior customer and company leadership levels
- Understanding of earned value management (EVM)
