Summary
- Develop, maintain, and audit quality standards, work instructions, and inspection procedures for machined parts
- Perform technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, drawings, and process documentation.
- Partner with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Lead failure investigations, material review board (MRB) actions, and corrective preventive action (CAPA) implementation, guaranteeing reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost internal and supplier performance and productivity.
Required Experience:
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience writing instructions and FAI's.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance experience
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment
