We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that'll enhance the Marine Corps' operational readiness.
On our team, you'll bring your analytical, strategic, and technical installation lifecycle expertise to work on projects for the Marine Corps. You'll research, develop, analyze, assess, and support multi-discipline Engineering & Design Review activities that ensure facility projects meet mission-critical requirements. This includes evaluating civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical design submissions for compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria ( UFC ) , validating assumptions against installation needs, and ensuring proposed solutions align with long-term readiness objectives. You'll also support the development of pre-decisional MILCON and FSRM documentation, including draft DD 1391s, technical cost models, and justification materials, to ensure leaders have clear, accurate, mission-aligned data for decision-making. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes related to design compliance, infrastructure modernization, and installation planning as part of service and joint missions.
You'll guide the work we do for regional installation commands and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, strategic infrastructure planning, and defense mission support. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience performing or supporting multi-discipline reviews of facility design submissions for compliance with design criteria such as UFCs
- Experience drafting or contributing to technical project packages such as DD 1391s, cost models, justification materials, or engineering review summaries
- Experience collaborating with installation-level stakeholders to support planning, coordination, or requirements validation
- Ability to interpret technical design submissions, field conditions, and compliance requirements and integrate them into structured, mission-aligned assessments
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture and 10+ years of experience supporting installation or facility lifecycle management, infrastructure programs, or mission-support initiatives, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting installation or facility lifecycle management, infrastructure programs, or mission-support initiatives
- Professional Engineer ( PE ) license or Registered Architect ( RA ) credential
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting MCIPAC, NAVFAC, or other DoD installation engineering or management organizations
- Experience developing draft SAES, design-build or design-bid-build materials, or pre-decisional project justification packages
- Knowledge of MILCON or FSRM cost estimation practices such as UFC 3-730-01 and design review workflows
- Ability to use AutoCAD, BUILDER SMS, GIS, or related facility or asset management systems at a programmatic or analytical level
- Master's degree in Engineering or Architecture
