Tharros has an immediate opportunity for a Program Analyst. In this role, you will support NAWCAD aviation programs by updating, programming, and maintaining mission-critical data systems, specifically the FAST (F/A-18 Automated Support Tool) database for the F/A-18 program and the ECAT (Engineering Change Assessment Tool) database for the E-2 program. The analyst will ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and proper integration of engineering, logistics, and configuration data within these platforms. This role is essential for maintaining technical baselines, tracking engineering changes, and supporting government program decision-making. Position can be supported remotely from a home office within approximately 50 miles of the region with ability to be onsite if requested.

In this role, you will support NAWCAD aviation programs by updating, programming, and maintaining mission-critical data systems, specifically the FAST (F/A-18 Automated Support Tool) database for the F/A-18 program and the ECAT (Engineering Change Assessment Tool) database for the E-2 program. The analyst will ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and proper integration of engineering, logistics, and configuration data within these platforms. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide data management for all PM Acquisition Data, including receipt, central repository, cataloging and distribution of program data and data products.
- Maintain and expand, as needed, the SE PM database, F/A-18 Support Tool (FAST) , to support the SE team. The database is required to provide PM perspective and oversight for the user for capability to determine "bag" reports, support site stand-ups, resolve source data issues and respond to management and funding drill as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business, management or technical discipline preferred and 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience with aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
