Job Description
Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Junior C4I Analyst, located in Quantico, Virginia, will support a critical intelligence mission by conducting all-source research and analysis focused on adversary kill webs, command and control (C2), communications architecture, targeting processes, sensors, and weapon systems. The analyst will integrate intelligence from multiple sources to develop timely, accurate, and relevant assessments that support U.S. Marine Corps operational planning, threat analysis, and decision-making.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct daily research and all-source intelligence analysis of adversary kill webs and their associated sensors, communications architecture, command and control procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with particular emphasis on threats to Marine Corps equities.
Integrate finished intelligence and reporting from multiple intelligence sources into comprehensive analytical assessments.
Produce written and graphic intelligence products, including kill web overviews, sensor-to-shooter timelines, and other products required to communicate analytical findings and address key intelligence questions related to adversary kill chain analysis.
Identify gaps in Branch and Service knowledge and coordinate with the Branch to address identified gaps through research, collection, analysis, and production.
Maintain strong writing proficiency and produce timely, relevant, and accurate formal intelligence products in accordance with Kill Chain Analysis Branch deliberate production planning and in response to ad hoc Requests for Information (RFIs).
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the systems and weapons that comprise the adversary kill web, including Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems.
Maintain a thorough understanding of adversary kill web processes, including targeting cycles, information flow, and decision-making functions.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and an additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category.
7 years of relevant experience, may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated working knowledge of the concepts involved in the functions associated with this labor category.
Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) classification guidelines and procedures.
Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
At least 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with at least some of the experience obtained within the last 2 years.
