Job Description
WORK SHIFT: Monday-Friday - 7:30am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates resource requirements (Labor and Material) across departments to ensure a controlled flow of production.
Builds and Baselines the Aircraft Modification and or Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul (MRO) schedule to meet contract time constraints in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable standards (e.g., DCMA 14-point test, etc.).
Develops staffing profile to meet schedule requirements working with Operations on specialized skill requirements. Prepares input to scheduled and periodic reports to include briefing materials for Senior Executives/Flag Officer level briefs.
Prepares Contractor Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reports to Data Item Description (DID) and Defense Contractor Management Activity (DCMA) standards within the PWS and/or leadership specified time constraints. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, potential production constraints, and risk associated with constraints to meet contract delivery timelines.
Advises leadership on schedule impacts for new work discoveries or to support customer requested additions to scope of work.
Works with Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) to schedule ad hoc requirements on short notice.
Briefs schedule build with associated assumptions, risks, and constraints during Induction Readiness Review (IRR). Publishes MS Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to Sharepoint to support department data pulls.
Uses Structured Solutions Incorporated (SSI) Tools in conjunction with MS Project to define Critical Path.
Assists departments with production start dates for up to 2,000 tasks to facilitate material coordination.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area of study and 5 years of experience
• Experience utilizing all aspects of Microsoft Project to manage IMS
• High energy, results oriented (commitment to follow up), self-motivated / self-directed, proactive, team player
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills with the ability to learn from mistakes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and drive deliverables from individuals at all levels within the organization

Per Diem only offered to those candidates living outside a 50 mile radius of the work location.
Per Diem will be paid in accordance with rates published on the GSA website for the work location.
