Job Summary
The Program Administrator provides program-level communications and information management support in support of ILS2 Task Order execution. This role ensures effective coordination, dissemination, and management of information across all program tasks, supporting alignment with contract requirements, stakeholder expectations, and operational objectives.
The Program Administrator serves as a central coordination resource for program communications, reporting, documentation, and information flow between leadership and execution teams supporting logistics, sustainment, and contingency operations. This position promotes transparency, situational awareness, and continuity by maintaining communication processes, documentation repositories, and information management practices. The role performs communications coordination and administrative functions and does not provide technical communications support or program-level decision-making authority.
This position is contingent upon award of the contract

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development, formatting, distribution, and maintenance of program reports, briefings, status updates, and other communications deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure timely and accurate information sharing among program stakeholders.
- Maintain communication channels, documentation repositories, distribution lists, and information management systems.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, accuracy, and quality of program messaging and documentation.
- Support program leadership and execution teams by facilitating information flow across logistics, sustainment, and contingency operations.
- Assist with transition activities by maintaining continuity of communication processes, records, and documentation.
- Track and organize program documentation to support accessibility, compliance, and stakeholder awareness.
- Support meetings, action-item tracking, reporting activities, and other administrative functions as required.
Basic Qualifications
- The skills acquired for this job are typically acquired through a high school diploma and 6+ years of experience.
- Secret clearance
- Experience supporting program administration, communications, project coordination, information management, or administrative operations.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience maintaining records, documentation repositories, and information management processes.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting government, defense, logistics, or contingency operations programs.
- Familiarity with contract reporting requirements and program management processes.
- Experience managing document control systems, collaboration tools, or information repositories.
- Knowledge of records management, information governance, and administrative best practices.
- Experience supporting transition activities, organizational change initiatives, or large-scale programs.
