Standard Job Description
Key member of the Enterprise Command and Control (EMC2) team, the Integrated Command & Control (IC2) Business Development Analyst will be responsible for planning and execution of new business growth in the IC2 Asia Pacific portfolio. Plans and executes new business and program growth activities including opportunity assessment, capture management, competitive assessment and positioning, teaming/subcontracting strategy, and customer relationship development. Coordinates with other internal functional departments that are identifying/implementing business development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying resource requirements, capture strategies and marketing plans for new market growth pursuits. Communicates plans with senior management and represents Lockheed Martin in key customer, subcontractor and teaming meetings.
The Business Development Analyst will lead a team of cross-functional members across multiple time zones and countries. This is a US-based role that requires extensive domestic and international travel.

Basic Qualifications
- Command and Control domain experience
- Demonstrated experience driving tasks to closure with resourceful solutions to problems
- Demonstrated experience working with a cross-business area and cross-functional team
- Excellent communication with an ability to negotiate and work with a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences in pursuit of common objectives
- Flexibility to regularly support meetings at non-standard times because of time zone differences between US and Asia Pacific
- Business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, reliability, and sound judgment
- The ability to develop strategies, Financial and Investment plans through Program Management, Finance and Engineering and other required functional areas
- Partner with Government Affairs, Global Business Development & Strategy, and others as required
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills
- Diplomatic, persuasive, and articulate communication style and presentation skills to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external customers / partners.
