Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with the operations, maintenance, management, data collection/reporting of non-tactical vehicles (NTV); identifying deficiencies and making recommendations for process improvement.
GS - 13
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing the operations, maintenance, management, data collection/reporting of non-tactical vehicles (NTV); identifying deficiencies and making recommendations for process improvement to senior leadership.

- You will provide expert support in managing the critical and time-sensitive disposition and maintenance of law enforcement non-tactical vehicles (NTV) on a worldwide basis.
- You will develop and enforces fleet operating and maintenance guidance throughout NCIS field offices.
- You will review and provide input to fleet reports to evaluate the effectiveness of Division projects, programs, and operations, in support of the division's budget.
- You will conduct studies on deficiencies in work processes or other projects and provides recommendations on the development and application of new or revised procedures and techniques that will be responsive to local and external requirements.
- You will assist with establishing operating goals and targets and major work schedules, considering the knowledge of unit capabilities to accomplish proposed major work projects within established deadlines.
- You will manage the inventory accountability of NTV property and allowance items used within NCIS.
- You will review invoices and reports generated by the General Services Administration (GSA), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), and other authoritative data systems.
- You will regularly visit and inspect NCIS offices (worldwide) to ensure vehicle maintenance and safety requirements are in compliance with established laws and policies.
- You will serve as the alternate Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for fleet management requirements and contractual documents related to leasing vehicles or purchasing supplies and services.
