Job Summary
We are seeking an Operational Support Analyst to join our team. You will play a key part in ATG’s technical support for Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) specializing in cybersecurity and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide management and preparation of presentation materials in formats including Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as Adobe Acrobat.
Provide on-site administrative services support for word processing, copy and file letters, reports, memos, travel orders, travel vouchers, and other similar types of documents.
Maintain all cyber, IT and cyber workforce correspondence; stand operating procedures and instructions shall be proofread, edited, and corrected for errors in format and grammar. Understand and follow the Navy correspondence manual and apply the appropriate style guide for developed work products.
Maintain master project calendar and coordinate arrangements for presentation/meetings; help support network account information on System Access Authorization Request (SAAR) forms.
Assist in the development of process and procedure documents in the government-directed format as requested.
Support data entry into various computerized databases and tracking systems and create spreadsheets and graphs based on the information contained in these systems. Maintain hard copies of direction, instructions, and other documents that are required to support documentation audits.
Assist with NSWC Philadelphia Division security badge information entry and security badge documentation processing.
Provide on-site administration services to process and track badge and swipe card services and support assistance requests in accordance with our division instructions and procedures.
Create CS metrics for presentation to upper-level management.
Provide NAVITAS IT support including reviewing NAVITAS purchase requests against DoN Policy and requirements and entering requests into the system of record.
Qualifications
Required:
Associate’s degree in business, computer science, information technology from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) years’ experience providing programmatic support including reviewing policies and directives and presenting the assessments, metrics development and tracking, word processing, filing, tracking man-hours/time, preparing correspondence reports/forms and presentations in accordance with the appropriate style guide, arranging travel, scheduling meetings and teleconferencing services utilizing Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Acrobat.
