Work will be performed primarily at a contractor site or remotely, with periodic Government-site support based on mission needs.

What will you do?

  • Design, develop, update, and deliver SeaVision Operator, Analyst, Executive, Train-the-Trainer, and blended-learning curricula.
  • Conduct onsite training-needs assessments and translate findings into learning objectives, lesson plans, courseware, and delivery approaches.
  • Coordinate curriculum development and technical content with NIWC Pacific subject-matter experts and program stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations, instructor guides, student handouts, manuals, quick-reference guides, job sheets, videos, podcasts, and interactive courseware.
  • Deliver CONUS and OCONUS instruction for partner-nation personnel and support localization of training materials into required languages.
  • Pilot courses, collect learner and stakeholder feedback, assess training effectiveness, and document technical feedback and after-action results.
  • Maintain accurate training products and provide quarterly curriculum updates that reflect current SeaVision capabilities and mission needs.
  • Support SeaVision All Hands sessions and other mission events through in-person or virtual delivery, as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Desired: Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related Training Systems discipline.
  • Desired: Ten (10) years of professional experience developing curricula and instructional products.
  • Desired: One (1) year of hands-on SeaVision experience in an operational or training environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technical training to varied audiences, including international or partner-nation users.
  • Strong written, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Directly relevant equivalent education and experience may be considered; the solicitation establishes no fixed substitution formula.

Travel:

Program performance is anticipated to be approximately 90% contractor-site/remote combined and 10% Government-site. Remote arrangements and travel assignments will follow mission needs.

*position pending contract award*

VTG's estimated starting pay range is $100,000-$150,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location.
